White Pepper vs Black Pepper

Therefore, some spices, for example pepper, have a different variety to suit the needs of the choosier taste buds. Both white and black peppers come from the same plant (Piper Nigrum), and both are used for seasoning.Black and white peppers are berries that are cooked minimally in two ways. -Under the heat of the sun and in water, and are predominantly grown in south Asia.

Apart from its medicinal properties onion is simply delicious. It forms the basis of so many dishes - whether raw, sautéed, baked, steamed or boiled.

It would be difficult to imagine the cuisine of any country without it. Apart being culinary plant, t onion contains natural sugar, vitamins A, B6, C and E, minerals such as sodium, potassium, iron and dietary fiber. In addition, onions are a good source of folic acid.
