Francisca (Fran's) holds a BA in Law from the university of Yaounde Cameroon, and has worked under the supervision of various renowned lawyers in Cameroon while doing her pupilage.

With a keen interest in business, she became an entrepreneur while completing her law pupilage.She worked closely with companies like Guinness du Cameroon, Brasseries du Cameroon, UCB (Union Camerounais des Brasseries), BAT (British American Tobacco), creating and designing advertising articles, and running advertising campaigns. Francisca is famous for her creativity and keen interest in cooking. What awaits this young aspiring entrepreneur?

In search for greener pastures, and a better future for her children, Francisca Immigrated to Canada in 2005. Settling down and taking care of her family, Francisca made a lot of friends at work, church, social gathering. She noticed her colleagues, boss, friends had interest in the food she shared with them. Infact, her boss often made remarks like, “Fran are you sure you are working in your right field”?

Francisca started cooking for small crowds, and progressively mastering her craft and building a network. With over 12 years of professional cooking and baking, Francisca, is now able to provide 100% customer satisfaction, cooking and presenting gourmet meals for big private and corporate events.

Francisca thinks cooking help her think outside the box. She reiterates, it is intellectually stimulating to come up with new Ideas in the kitchen to meet with her client’s needs and satisfaction. I don’t have to make same tired old things.
